The Archer's Amulet
The Lumen Legacy Series
What happens when a fae needs a mortal's help?
Lucy refuses to accept the life the Fae males in her family have planned for her. She has no interest in smiling coyly to a Fae Lord and wearing fancy dresses when she'd rather be elbows deep in sawdust, creating highly sought after Elderwood bows and arrows for her family business. Unfortunately, her father disagrees and the wedding invitations are already made.
There's only one way to prove to her family that she's more than a pawn to be married off: Lucy sets off for The Elderwood on her own. But when the amulet she uses to travel between realms runs low on magic, she's stuck in the mortal world. What's worse, her usual contact is gone and she has to convince his handsome but jaded grandson, Micah, to help her while she waits for the next full moon.
Without her trusted friend, the path to The Elderwood is in danger of being destroyed, and with it, Lucy’s hopes of a future she can create for herself. If she can't convince Micah to help her, the arranged marriage would be a sealed fate.
The Archer's Alchemy
The Lumen Legacy Series
She's caught between two men, two worlds, and a heap of trouble.

Lucy's wedding to Laurent is drawing near, and she can't seem to stop it. Even worse, as she gets to know the Lord, she realizes he isn't the monster she thought he would be. Her immense power, gifted to her by The Elderwood after her time with Micah, is complicated and unique, just like her forbidden relationship with the human.

As guardian of the Elderwood, Micah should be keeping the land safe, but the portal has been cracked open. Shadow creatures are creeping out and threatening to destroy the land. If he continues to fail, he'll disrupt centuries of Denoran tradition and never have the life with Lucy he sacrificed everything to obtain.

Lucy must make a decision. She can break the chains of Denoran tradition and save her lover, or she can give into the call of her arranged marriage. She can't have both.
The Archer's Allegiance
The Lumen Legacy Series
A broken family. A shattered heart. A desperate plan for revenge.
Lucy was so close to having everything she ever dreamed of, until her world came crashing down around her. Now, dreams of a future with the man she loves are shattered when Lucy accepts an offer from Lord Laurent Sloan: her hand in marriage for the head of her father's murderer. Lord Sloan is shrouded in secrets, and Lucy must uncover them all to save her family. Revenge demands a steep price, and Lucy refuses to let anyone else be the one to pay it. Even if it means giving up the one thing she wants more than anything else—Micah.
Micah is left alone to pine for Lucy yet again, guarding The Elderwood by himself. Except, this time, he knows two things for certain: he has magic, and Lucy isn’t coming back. The secrets of The Elderwood are only beginning to unfold. What Micah learns has the power to save them all—if he’s strong enough to face his fate.
Lucy and Micah’s paths are destined to cross again. When they do, will battle lines be drawn, or will their love shine through to victory?
Finally - a flipped fantasy where the female isn’t completely helpless and needs to be rescued by a guy with magic. This is truly a character-centric story. The author thought through the personality of a main female character that isn’t young just for the sake of showing how much she needs a guy to counterbalance her impulsiveness.Take the coming-of-age journey with Lucy as she figures out, for herself, what she wants her life to be. I want to know more about her backstory, and her next chapter, and can’t wait to see what’s next in the Lumen Legacy series!
I loved this so much! This story is beautifully imagined and crafted. After the pace picked up around chapter 6 I literally could not stop reading, all the way through to the end. I need to find out what happens next! What are they going to do now? How am I going to wait until the next book?! I love that this story has completely new ideas that I haven't seen before, and plot twists and turns make it super interesting. It was beautiful and scary and heartbreaking and MAGICAL. Strong. So well done.
So this is the first book for this author and I think it was very well done. The world has some really great elements (fae, magic, mystery, romance). I also think the author did a great job with the female main character making her feel both young (in fae terms) and older (in human terms). I really appreciated that because I feel it’s sometimes something authors miss when writing immortal-ish characters. I think the overall flow of the book needs just a little fine tuning but it was a quick, easy, and fun read. Looking forward to the next one!
